Salmon are splendid! Follow the salmon on their journey from the stream to the sea, and meet some salmon friends along the way. Build a life-sized salmon habitat and paint a fish to go on the Garden’s Stream of Dreams.
Bumble Boogie

You can thank a bee for every third bite you eat! Discover the wild world of pollinators and observe a bee hive in action. Learn to dance like a bee and taste delicious local honey.
Going Batty

A bat can eat her weight in pesky insects in a single night! From the tiny Bumblebee bat to the giant flying fox, bats are the heroes of the night! Build a bat box and test your echolocation skills.

Who visits your back yard at night? British Columbia is chock full of wonderful wildlife. Touch a coyote pelt, track wild prey and build a wacky animal!

Children between the ages of 5 - 12 do not need parental supervison during workshops - kids can be left under the care and attention of garden staff. Children under the age of 5 are welcome to attend; however we will require parents or guardians to stay on site. Parents of children of all ages are welcome to stay and participate. Grab a java and prepare to be entertained!
