The YEAH! program is a government funded youth program through Service Canada that provides immediate employment as well as life skills and work experience. Environmental/personal development workshops educate and equip participants to find employment in the future. Emphasis is put on teamwork and responsibility as well as leadership to prepare participants for all types of employment.

Our past YEAH! crew achievements:

• removed 40 truck loads of invasive species
• groundtruthed more then 1700 vegetation polygons
• mapped 15km of streams
• educated over 1500 kids at school workshops
• delivered 1300 educational handouts
• planted almost 1500 plants
• worked on more then 40 different sites
• created 2 educational garden plots in the Langley Demonstration Garden
• restored 5.4km of streams
