The Walnut Grove Secondary Green Team is hosting the third annual Langley Green Teams Conference for students, staff, and the community within the Langley School District on Saturday November 28th, 2015 at Walnut Grove Secondary School! The conference is dedicated to connecting and youth across the district with their community to work collaboratively and make a positive impact on our environment. Attendees will benefit greatly from workshops and speakers from local environmental organizations! This year we welcome speakers and workshop leaders from the Township of Langley, Clean Energy BC and the Langley Environmental Partners Society.
This conference is an opportunity for passionate individuals to benefit from speakers and workshops as well as to collaborate with each other in order to inspire youth activism in the Langley community. We look forward to a day full of inspiration, new friendships, and continued commitment to the environment.
Individuals from age 11 and up are encouraged to attend, make new friends, learn and share ideas. Lunch is provided. We hope to see you there!
